The B2B Sales Manager will help build strong relationships between our company and the customer through guiding and managing a team of B2B sales representatives.
In this position you will work together with sales representatives to promote our products, services & competitive prices to B2B companies across Canada.
The role is best suited for an experienced sales professional with a passion for mentoring and coaching a professional sales team. You will be responsible for developing a sales team to drive revenue and profit growth
In this position we require you to have excellent people skills and a passion for success.
Perform a variety of duties related to sales, retention and customer service in accordance with company policies and procedures under the direction of the B2B General Manager.
Compensation is a combination of a base salary and commission, along with bonuses which are earned by sales revenues and tied to the overall company profitability

Duties: You will
Train and develop B2B sales team members.
Maintain a sales quota on a weekly basis assigned to B2B team.
Monitor, mentor and develop productivity and sales techniques of the B2B team
Analyse and evaluate sales performance of team members on a regular basis.
Be responsible for the daily supervisory actions requiring management involvement
Handle escalated issues and phone calls from the B2B team
Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed.
Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.
Maintain confidentiality of all company & customer information.
Perform other duties as required to provide excellent service and teamwork
Qualifications: You will have
3 or more years of sales experience within a B2B environment.
An understanding of the principles and practices of sales management.
A willingness to cooperate and work with others to achieve results.
The ability to define problems, define seriousness of problems, collect data, and establish facts
The willingness to follow through and complete tasks to meet deadlines.
A positive attitude towards co-workers and customers.
Effective time management skills
The ability to exercise independent judgment
Professional and effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem resolution skills and the ability to multitask
